ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.  once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time may vary depending where item is being shipped from and to and may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or major event sales.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free standard shipping on all  orders unless otherwise stated at checkout and depending on shipping destination.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation with tracking number.  Please allow 5-7 days for tracking information to be updated.  If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us on support@cheekybox.net

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival in your country.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs or incorrect addresses.  If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll assist you in locating it.
